Psychotherapy

Supporting parents with care that is thoughtful, relational, and evidence informed. At Kindred Haven, therapy is not about fixing what is “wrong.” It is about creating a space where you can slow down, feel safe enough to explore what you’ve been carrying, and begin to make sense of your experiences – at your own pace.

Many parents come to us holding a mix of emotions that can feel difficult to name: overwhelm, disconnection, anxiety, grief, or a quiet sense of not feeling like themselves. Therapy offers a space where these experiences can be gently understood, rather than pushed aside.
